Sacred Oils – The Background Story

I was born into the ancient bloodline of Israel’s high priests. My name, Cohen, carries its roots back to the Bible — to Aaron, the brother of Moses.

As a child, I was taught about the rules and responsibilities that came with such a lineage: the blessings of the priests, the care to avoid impurity, the weight of sacred duty. Yet no one spoke of the deeper powers flowing in my veins. Only a promise — or perhaps a warning — that when heaven would once again dwell on earth, my life would be bound to service in a Third Temple.

Over time I came to understand: this Temple is not of stone and gold. It is being rebuilt within us.

So when I was asked to recreate the biblical ointment oil once given by God to Moses, it felt as if my ancestors were stirring inside me, calling me. My whole being began to vibrate with the question: Who am I to carry such a task? Am I ready to follow the footsteps of Moses?

For a while, the weight of those questions held me back. I knew the powers within that holy oil were not yet ready to be placed in the hands of the many. Instead, I was guided to begin with something new, something that could prepare the way. I called it Reverence.

The process took months. I sought out the finest ingredients, spoke with experts, and yet still something was missing — a spiritual essence that no book or shop could provide. That essence revealed itself through a dear friend, Carolina Filler. Together, we wove ancient knowing with present guidance, and from that weaving a powerful potion was born.

We refined it for six weeks, raising its frequency through sacred processes: infusing it with the energy of crystals, chanting, meditating, blessing, praying, and singing the Song of Songs over it. With every step, the oil grew more alive.

When it was ready, the right moment appeared. At a retreat dedicated to A Course in Miracles — a study of Yeshua’s channeled teachings — we offered it to a circle of seekers. The response was immediate and overwhelming. People felt its presence, its touch, its quiet power. In that moment, Reverence was not only born, it was received.
